Conditions
* Decreasing beyond 15 days of hiring
* Down payment: 25% with the reservation. In the event of not come, the versed installment remains sure as allowance minimum.
* Communal visitor's tax: From June to September, a visitor's tax will be
perceived for the benefit of the commune of Biscarrosse. In 2006, its
amount is of 0.34 € per day and person.
* Guarantee: 300€ will be requested to you from your
arrival, in addition to the hiring. This guarantee will be
restored to you with your departure, deduction made of possible
deteriorations or the cost of cleaning the place (if
necessary).
* 15% of the guarantee retained if the housework is not done at the time of the exit inventory |
